Having worked for one of the top concierge companies and directly within property management, Don has seen firsthand the importance of seamless, personalized services that make residents feel valued and cared for. His time at Minneapolis’ premier five-star hotel sharpened his skills in luxury service, showing him the power of delivering impeccable experiences that go beyond expectations.
